How Compensation Works
Personal Commissions
Earn 15-25% on every dollar of premium from venues you personally sign. This is recurring revenue - you earn every time they pay.
Override Commissions
Build a team and earn overrides on their sales. Up to 16% on Level 1, 8% on Level 2, and 4% on Level 3 at Director rank.
Bonuses & Incentives
Earn additional bonuses for fast starts, hitting targets, recruiting, and annual performance. Top performers earn $5,000+ in bonuses.
