Insurance Disclosures

These disclosure templates clarify Daily Event Insurance's role as a technology platform and licensed producer, and set the minimum disclaimer language for consumer-facing pages, forms, emails, and policy-delivery flows.

Required disclaimer templates

Primary platform disclosure

Daily Event Insurance, LLC is an insurance technology platform and licensed insurance producer where required. Daily Event Insurance is not an insurance company, does not underwrite insurance policies, and does not guarantee that coverage will be issued. All coverage is subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility rules, policy terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

Quote and pricing disclosure

Any quote, estimate, premium indication, or coverage summary shown on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Final rates, eligibility, coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions, and effective dates are determined by the licensed insurance carrier after review of the completed application and any required underwriting information.

No insurance advice disclosure

Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. You should review policy documents carefully and consult a qualified insurance professional if you have questions about your specific coverage needs.

Application accuracy disclosure

Applicants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in a quote change, denial of coverage, cancellation, rescission, or denial of a claim.

Where these disclosures appear

  • Display the primary platform disclosure in the footer and on every quote, application, checkout, confirmation, and policy-delivery page.
  • Display the quote and pricing disclosure anywhere premium estimates, sample pricing, or coverage summaries are shown.
  • Display the no-advice disclosure on educational, FAQ, blog, and comparison pages.
  • Display the application accuracy disclosure before a user submits an application or lead form.

Coverage and claims notice

Coverage availability may vary by state, event type, venue, participant class, and other underwriting criteria. Policy documents control in all cases. Claims are administered under the applicable policy by the issuing carrier or its authorized claims administrator, not by Daily Event Insurance.

Privacy and communications notice

By submitting information through Daily Event Insurance, users authorize Daily Event Insurance to use and share submitted information as described in our Privacy Policy, including with licensed insurance partners and service providers as needed to process applications, quotes, support requests, and policy-related communications. Marketing communications must include an opt-out mechanism.

Legal review required

These templates are operational compliance copy and do not constitute legal advice. Daily Event Insurance should obtain review and approval from qualified insurance regulatory counsel before relying on these disclosures in production, especially for state-specific notices.
