Information Sharing
We share your personal information with the following categories of recipients for the purposes described below. We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA.
Insurance Carriers
We share applicant and policyholder information (name, contact details, event information, coverage requirements) with our underwriting insurance carriers to facilitate quoting, binding, and servicing insurance policies. We do not publicly identify every carrier, wholesaler, or program partner in this policy because the recipient may vary by event type, state, coverage limit, and underwriting appetite; however, we limit disclosures to parties reasonably necessary to quote, bind, service, or administer the coverage you request.
Partner Venues & Event Organizers
When you purchase event insurance through a partner venue (gym, studio, event space, or other facility), we may share proof of coverage and policy details with that venue to confirm your insurance status. We share only the minimum information necessary to verify coverage.
Technology & Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our platform and deliver services. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information:
- Stripe: Payment processing, partner payouts, and financial transaction management
- Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication
- Vercel: Website hosting and content delivery
- Twilio: SMS communications and phone call services
- SendGrid / Postmark: Transactional and marketing email delivery
- Google Analytics: Website usage analytics (aggregated and anonymized where possible)
- LiveKit: Voice AI and real-time communication services
Aggregated & De-identified Data
We may share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for business analytics, industry research, and marketing purposes.
No Sale of Personal Information
Daily Event Insurance does not sell personal information for money. If any data sharing is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under a state privacy law because it supports cross-context behavioral advertising or lead referral workflows, you may opt out through our privacy request form or by emailing privacy@dailyeventinsurance.com.

- Rights Protection: To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users and partners
