What you earn:
- •$250 per deal for your first 15 deals

Responsibilities
- 1.Research and identify local businesses (gyms, studios, recreation centers) that could benefit from walk-in liability coverage
- 2.Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to prospective business partners
- 3.Present the Daily Event Insurance platform and explain the value proposition to business owners and managers
- 4.Guide prospective partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth activation
- 5.Maintain a pipeline of prospects using the sales dashboard and CRM tools
- 6.Complete onboarding training modules including product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques
- 7.Participate in weekly team calls and share best practices with fellow reps
- 8.Optionally recruit and mentor other students to build a team and earn override commissions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a college student (any major, any year)
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Access to a phone, laptop, and internet connection
- Minimum 10 hours per week available for outreach and training
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- •Interest in sales, business, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- •Previous customer-facing experience (retail, food service, tutoring, etc.)
- •Active on LinkedIn or comfortable with professional networking

As a Campus Director, you recruit, train, and lead a team of 10-25+ Campus Sales Representatives. You earn your own deal commissions plus a 10% override on every deal your team closes. Top Campus Directors earn $3,000-$8,000+/month.
This role is ideal for students who:

- 1.Recruit 10-25+ Campus Sales Representatives at your school through org presentations, Handshake, social media, and personal network
- 2.Onboard and train new reps using the DEI training platform and AI role-play tools
- 3.Host 2+ info sessions per month to attract new recruits
- 4.Lead weekly team meetings (30 minutes) to share best practices and maintain accountability
- 5.Monitor team performance using the sales dashboard and provide coaching to underperformers
- 6.Secure speaking slots at student org meetings, Greek chapter events, and career fairs
- 7.Build relationships with career services and professors for ongoing recruiting pipeline
- 8.Close your own deals alongside managing the team (lead by example)
- 9.Report weekly to your Regional Manager on team metrics, recruiting pipeline, and challenges
- 10.Represent Daily Event Insurance professionally at all campus events and interactions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a college student (sophomore, junior, or senior preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership experience (student org officer, team captain, RA, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to groups of 10-50+ people
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Active on at least 2 social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Minimum 15 hours per week available for recruiting, team management, and personal selling
- Access to a phone, laptop, and internet connection
