Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Daily Event Insurance, LLC ("DEI") may transmit certain personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and event details) to our insurance carrier partners and program administrators for the purpose of providing insurance quotes, underwriting, and policy issuance. To the extent that this constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA, you may opt out of this practice by submitting a request below.

Important: Opting out of data sharing may affect our ability to provide you with insurance quotes and coverage, as our carrier partners require certain information to evaluate and process applications.

Your CCPA Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to Know: You may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it was shared.
• Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: You may limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary for providing the services.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Submit a Privacy Request

To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request using the form below, or contact us directly via email or phone. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 calendar days as required by the CCPA.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require: (1) signed written permission demonstrating that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf, and (2) verification of your identity directly. Authorized agents may submit requests by contacting us at success@dailyeventinsurance.com with the subject line "CCPA Authorized Agent Request."

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Verification may include confirming your name and email address associated with our records, or requesting additional documentation. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request, but we will explain the basis for the denial.
